Viking Culinary Introduces Reversible Wood Prep and Carving Board

This butcher block cutting board has three built-in prep bowls on one side. Each well measures exactly one cup for an easy and effective tool that makes food prep a breeze and reduces the number of prep bowls that need cleaning after dinner. The flip side of the board serves as a carving station with a juice groove all around the border to prevent protein juice spillage. The sides of the board features indentations that make it easy to carry from one place to another for serving.
