Hard Like Stone: Adamant Fry Pan by Fissler – Innovation in Durable, Scratch-Resistant Nonstick

Adamant, a new fry pan line from Fissler, stands out for its unusually tough nonstick sealing, with silicon carbide particles that make the surface hard like stone. This premium nonstick fry pan offers superior resilience that allows for carefree use of metal spoons and spatulas.

Innovative sealing gives Adamant pans their novel surface, with a tangible texture and a raw look reminiscent of cast-iron cookware. Silicon carbide is both the lightest and hardest ceramic material, with excellent thermal conductivity and strong resistance to acids and alkalis.

“Adamant was inspired by nature, which shows us that textured surfaces – whether shells, scales or wrinkles – are especially resilient and long-lasting. The hardness of natural rock was also an inspiration for the line,” said Chris Robason, Managing Director for Fissler America Inc.

Made in Germany, Adamant fry pans offer superior heat conductivity versus conventional nonstick coated pans, with results you can taste. Home fries become crispy with no sticking – chicken gets a taste-intensive browning – and sunny side-up eggs are gently cooked to perfection. The Cookstar® All-Stove Base lies perfectly on any cooktop and guarantees optimal heat absorption, distribution and retention.

Thanks to their high pan body, Adamant pans hold more food and make it easier to cook and stir. Fissler’s tried-and-tested safety handle protects the user’s hands from heat and slipping. The dynamic shape of the handle adds visual flair and makes the pan more comfortable to hold and carry.

Adamant Fry Pans tie in with kitchen décor trends with their contemporary styling and Anthracite color. They are dishwasher safe and come with a 5-year warranty.

Fissler is launching three Adamant fry pans, with 8-inch, 9.5-inch and 11-inch diameters. They will be available for shipment January, with suggested retail prices of $79.99, $89.99 and $99.99.
