Zyliss Expands Thanksgiving Line

This year, Zyliss expands itsThanksgiving offering with tools specifically designed for turkey carving prep. Zyliss adds Silicone Roasting Risers and the Lift & Serve Poultry lifter.

The Silicone Roasting Risers are available in a set of six with a storage tray. The Zyliss Roasting Risers deliver better heat circulation and even results when oven cooking and are safe up to 464 degrees Fahrenheit. To use, simply insert the pins into the bottom of the meat, ensuring they are evenly spaced out. Then, set the meat in the tray and roast. The Roasting Risers have easy-to-clean heads designed to clip into a dishwasher rack for safe and secure cleaning.

The Lift & Serve Poultry Lifter transfers turkey or chicken from pan to dish with ease. The sturdy stainless steel construction lifts up to 22 pounds and a non-slip handle and ergonomic shape provide leverage and a comfortable grip. The tip secures the turkey without piercing the meat and prevents slipping and turning while plating.
