Thermador Redefines Culinary Experience

Thermador, an iconic American luxury home appliance brand, has announced the most significant product launch in the brand’s 102-year history: Masterpiece® and Professional. In launching more than 300 new products, Thermador continues to break the boundaries of innovation, design, and technology while building a personal connection with consumers.

Freedom® Induction Cooktop

Thermador’s unprecedented product launch includes the revolutionary Freedom® Induction Cooktop. The cooktop’s entire surface — the largest fully usable cooking surface on the market within its class — can be used as one large cooking area, allowing for up to six pots or pans to be heated simultaneously in any position. Cooks can enjoy freedom of movement without having to adjust settings: The cooktop automatically detects the presence of the cookware and transfers all programmed settings to the next location whenever it is shifted, offering more responsiveness and flexibility than ever before.

The cooktop comes in 30- and 36-inch models that users can control with an enhanced full-color touch screen with clear, vibrant displays. With smart, intuitive features such as Cooktop Hood Sync, which allows for synchronization between the cooktop and matching hood for task lighting and ventilation, the Freedom® Induction Cooktop delivers an elevated cooking experience.

Thermador Gas Cooktops

Thermador also launched gas cooktops delivering precise control and innovative design. The latest iteration offers Raised Pedestal Star® Burners that improve cleaning ability and prevent the flame from heating or baking a spill on the surface, as well as new knob features with updated graphics and lighting. Additional new features include a new XLO® Select Simmer with five precise simmer settings, newly designed contemporary patterned grates, and a new glass control panel design.

Convection, Steam and Speed Ovens

With the newly designed convection, steam and speed ovens, Thermador introduces a collection of cooking appliances that cater to a variety of culinary endeavors spanning the Masterpiece® and Professional styles. All-new convection ovens boast a multitude of preset modes, while the groundbreaking new steam ovens feature a large steam capacity of 2.5 cubic feet with 30-inch width and multiple racks. Additionally, the all-new speed ovens combine speed convection, broiling and microwaving into one powerful unit.

For cooks who prefer a modern, sleek and refined look, the Masterpiece® Collection boasts an elegant aesthetic – complete with metallic gray glass, vibrant color displays and sleek, contemporary handles crafted with high-quality stainless steel. For a look that makes a grand statement, the Professional Collection exudes bold features and bright color displays, striking metallic gray glass and distinct handles crafted with high-quality stainless steel. Every element of the new Collections has been designed to suit consumers’ most ambitious culinary desires while also allowing for flush installation.

Home Connect Enabled

The groundbreaking launch also marks the debut of the Thermador Connected Experience by Home Connect, which connects consumers to exclusive content, unique partnerships and customized product guidance. With features such as Remote Start, mobile notifications, and access to user manuals, the Thermador Connected Experience is also compatible with other smart devices used in the home. When products are paired with Home Connect, coffee is personalized with preparation suggestions, unique wine pairing recipes help enhance the culinary experience, and the perfect steak is discovered through smart tools, recipes and expert knowledge that helps cooks reach their culinary goals.
