NuWave Hires Robert Rosendahl as Executive Chef

Chef Robert Rosendahl has joined NuWave, LLC in the position of Executive Chef.

Rosendahl comes to NuWave with more than 25 years of experience in all facets of culinary arts. He has worked at Hyatt Hotels, Key Lime Cove Water Resort, LavAzza Coffee and Rainforest Café, where he developed approachable and transferable skills that make him a valuable asset to the NuWave family.

Rosendahl will be responsible for managing the members of the NuWave culinary team, and for testing and developing recipes for the company’s extensive product lines. These include Duralon™ Healthy Ceramic Non-Stick Cookware, NuWave® Precision Induction Cooktop and the NuWave Infrared Oven, a countertop oven that combines far infrared, conduction and convection heat to accelerate the cooking process. Rosendahl will also appear in online instructional videos demonstrating recipes.

Rosendahl, an army veteran, studied culinary arts at Washburne Trade School in Chicago, and completed his business studies at NorthPark University in Chicago.
