The newly redesigned Spiral Slicer from Paderno World-Cuisine combines all of the popular features and convenience of the three-blade slicer, with a more compact and sleek design, and an additional blade providing a total of five unique cuts. This updated version of the original Paderno World Cuisine Spiral Vegetable Slicer, created about 20 years ago, offers the same recognized performance, with major added features and benefits. Each blade allows you to effortlessly create numerous dishes that are limited only by your imagination.

A redesigned wheel with prongs now features extra teeth that are wider and longer to better grip food. An enclosed, compact base takes up less counter and storage space, but still houses extra blades when not in use. The new encased blade compartment protects stored blades from dripping juices while operating the unit.

The Straight/Accordion Blade creates ribbon cuts for salads, shredded cabbage for coleslaw, vegetable pasta, and apple chips. When used with the included pin you can create the popular spiral cut potato skewers. The new Angel Hair Shredding Blade creates perfect angle hair strands out of fruit and vegetables that are ideal for use in soups, salads, and as a replacement for traditional pasta with a delicate sauce. The Fine Shredding Blade is used to create a medium-sized cut for pasta replacement, stir-fry, and salads. These strands will hold up to a heavier or more substantial sauce like Bolognese. A Chipping Blade allows you to create thicker stands or cuts. These thicker cuts are perfect for roasting and sautéing, and create an amazing base for many sauces. Make curly fries in mere moments with just a few turns of the handle.

Paderno has also reduced the size of the central coring blade, providing you with the ability to use items that are smaller in diameter with less waste, and in most cases, cuts that keep their freshness longer, as more of the core nutrients are kept intact. The sturdy blade plates are made of ABS, while the actual blades are made of cutlery stainless steel. The extra-wide blade plates are easier to remove and insert; just slide in or out through a lateral slot. The redesigned spinning handle offers greater strength and oversized tabs are easy to grasp for an easy and immediate release.

A clear cover doubles as a tray and catches ribbons and strands as they are cut. The newly-designed POM suction feet are wider for added stability during use. A pusher lever can be turned to accommodate both right-handed and left-handed users. The entire unit is BPA-free and disassembles easily for storage and cleaning.
