Jeanette Winters to Head Human Resources at Igloo Products Corp.

Igloo Products Corp. has appointed Jeanette K. Winters as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer.

In the newly established role, Winters is responsible for developing and implementing world-class, cross- functional solutions designed to augment and optimize the current high performance and productivity standards in place at Igloo and its subsidiary brand, Cool Gear International, LLC.

“Jeanette has a well-established track record of driving change to deliver unprecedented performance through the alignment of culture, structure, strategy and opportunity,” said Mark Parrish, Igloo President and CEO. “The entire organization is honored to have such an accomplished, knowledgeable and passionate executive join our team.”

Winters is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience leading corporate talent management, diversity and inclusion, organizational development and enterprise learning functions at global Fortune 500 organizations (Intel, American Express, Pitney Bowes and Amgen).

Known for enabling individual and corporate growth while exceeding expectations for transformation through unconventional value generation, she is committed to helping organizations perform better while supporting all stakeholders. “Jeanette is a true champion for the people she serves—from the board room to the front line customer service professional, manufacturing technician or mid-level manager,” Parrish continued.

Winters holds a doctorate in public administration from the University of Southern California, a master of higher education administration and bachelor of arts from American University in Washington, D.C., and is a certified executive coach from the Hudson Institute. She also holds a certificate in neuroscience and leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
