Smart Cuisine – The Best New Addition to the Kitchen

One of ARC’s latest and greatest product launches is its Smart Cuisine line under the Luminarc brand. This new bakeware line was first launched last year and has proven to be a valuable addition for the company. Smart Cuisine is beautifully designed, lightweight oven-safe opal glass that combines the strengths of ceramic and glass into one versatile product.

These contemporary dishes are designed with the home cook in mind, giving you a beautiful presentation straight from oven to table. Their organic form gives them excellent ergonomics and their variety of shapes and sizes allow for all kinds of culinary creations, from individual to family portions. Smart Cuisine can withstand temperatures of up to 475 degrees Fahrenheit, is non-porous and very easy to clean. The similar shapes also nest and stack within each other to save space in your cabinet.

Since its 2018 launch, and due to the overwhelming market reaction to this product line, ARC has continued to expand the assortment with new shapes, sizes and designs. The current Smart Cuisine product line is comprised of four oval baking dishes (3.1 quarts, 2 quarts, 1.4 quarts and 3.6 cups), four round baking dishes (4.2 quarts, 2.9 quarts, 2.1 quarts, 1.25 quarts), an 11-inch pie dish, a 5.5-inch crème brulee dish and a 1-1/4 cup ramekin.

Debuting this year are three new square baking dishes (8 inches by 8 inches, 10.25 inches by 10.25 inches and 11.25 inches by 11.25 inches) and a sub-collection, called Trianon, of five new baking dishes that have a beautiful scalloped design on the outside. The Trianon sub-collection includes three oval baking dishes (14.5 inches by 11.25 inches, 12.5 inches by 9.25 inches and 8.5 inches by 6.25 inches), a 10-inch round baking dish and a 1-1/2 cup ramekin. These additions bring new design elements to the overall range, with the square shapes offering a modern flair and the Trianon collection evoking a more traditional feel. There is something for every home chef, regardless of their esthetic, available in Luminarc’s Smart Cuisine product line.
