Gadgets for the Millennial Kitchen from Casabella

Casabella has a whole new line of great kitchen gadgets to make some of the things that Millennial consumers actually do in their kitchens a little easier. The line will be launching at this year’s International Home + Housewares Show.

Taco Tuesday will be easier with the new Skillet Slingers, designed to shred chicken, pull pork and crumble ground beef while minimizing the mess. The sides of the tools are used in a chopping motion to break apart meats, and the claw ends do the pulling and shredding. To crumble ground beef, the user just squishes it between the backs of the tools. Then just use the tools to scoop the meat into taco shells or pile it onto sandwich buns. Skillet Slingers will retail for $14.99.

If the taco plan includes avocado, Casabella has that covered too with the 4 ‘n 1 Avocado Tool, which has a sharp edge for slicing the avocado in half, a scoop for removing the seed and separating the fruit from the peel and a masher for guacamole. The suggested retail price is $7.99.

A new Tomato Corer removes stem and pith from tomatoes or peppers or even jalapenos. It has a soft non-slip grip, and it’s BPA free and dishwasher safe. It’ll retail for $7.99.

Once Tuesday night has become Wednesday morning, it’s time for a breakfast sandwich. The Round Microegg from Casabella is shaped for round breads. You buy it once, keep it forever, and use it any time you have an egg and a bagel or an English muffin and want a 60-second breakfast.
