Participants can enter the “Quick & Creative Weeknight Meal Challenge” by visiting www.frigidaire.com/contest to submit a quick and creative meal idea for a chance to win a select Frigidaire Gallery appliance of their choice and have their recipe developed by well-known home chef and blogger, Elisha Joyce. Three winners will be selected based on creativity, ease of cooking and speed of preparation.
