Angry Mama is humorously crafted to resemble a retro-style 50s era mom. Featuring three easy to remove and assemble parts that are all made of durable BPA-free plastic, Angry Mama aggressively tackles built-up crud and unsavory aromas that linger inside microwave ovens by “steaming up” a simple, non-toxic mixture of tap water and vinegar. Angry Mama’s stable and sturdy base features two easy to grip side handles in the shape of angrily set arms on hips. The front side of the base, or “torso,” is styled to resemble a daisy-pattern housecoat accessorized with a string of pearls. The back of the unit conveniently offers two fill-marks – one for pouring a quarter cup of vinegar – preferably clear white vinegar – and another fill mark for adding approximately the same amount of plain tap water. After filling the base, Angry Mama’s “face” is placed back on the unit’s “neck,” followed by the gadget’s oversized “head,” which is perfectly coiffed with a traditional bob hairstyle.

When Angry Mama is placed inside any-size microwave oven for 5 minutes at high power, the disinfecting mixture of vinegar and water boils and turns to dirt-cleaning steam that escapes from a ring of holes at the crown of Angry Mama’s head. When the 5 minutes are up, Angry Mama – which remains cool to the touch – can be safely removed to quickly wipe down the appliance’s cavity.
