Chef’sChoice® Ceramic+Steel™ Diamond Hone® Knife Sharpener Model 702 is the brand’s revolutionary new knife sharpening technology for ceramic and metal knives, which will be available in a two-stage sharpening system. The Ceramic+Steel knife sharpener Model 702 uses the same advanced diamond abrasive technology as its groundbreaking predecessor, the 3-stage Model 700, which quickly applies an incredibly sharp and durable edge to both ceramic and steel knives.
